NEW ITEM   F-452   K-98 AMMO POUCHES – Nice set of the standard military issue pouches,  black pebbled leather with all straps and stitching intact.  One of the straps has been replaced and it appears that it was period done.  The interior of these pouches are very clean, the leather separators have been removed from the pouches interior.   The hanging ring on the reverse is the squared off type.  The backside has a stamping into the leather, very hard to make out what it says, looks like it may be a RBN number.  Overall condition is very good…….$45  Photos

NEW ITEM   F-453   K-98 AMMO POUCHES – These show some use and they are complete and well marked under two of the lids.  Under one in pencil it looks like “HJH or I” with something else that is unintelligible.  If you turn the lid the first letter looks like a fancy “A”, next letter maybe a “C” and the third one would be an “H”.  All of the stitching and riveting is intact and all three pouches have their leather separators riveted in them.  Middle pouch has written in pencil what looks like “AZU” and inked stamped “35 I” or “351”.  There are two leather straps for attaching to a belt, both of them close over the bottom studs.  The hanging ring is the rounded type and this one is marked (impressed) on the reverse with some numbers which are hard to make out, probably an RBN one……$70  Photos

NEW ITEM   F-454   K-98 AMMO POUCHES – Nice used set of ammo pouches, all three of them has the leather dividers riveted in them.  All the stitching and leather straps are there and in good condition.  On the backside of the center leather closure strap it looks like there may have been an ink stamping of some sort.  The reverse has a number “0/0527/0034”, has the squared type of hanging ring……$45  Photos

NEW ITEM   F-461   K-98 AMMO POUCHES – There is one 3 leather ammo pouches, all stitching is intact and all rivets, studs, buckles etc. are present and in good condition.  The reverse is maker marked and dated "SAULER0LACO WIEN 42".  Each pouch has its divider in it and all the leather is in good condition.......$40  Photos

F-426  K-98 AMMO POUCHES - This is the single leather three pouch one, it has all of its exterior straps, rivets and "D" ring.  It has been dyed black but it is starting to wear off revealing the rich brown leather.  All three of the pouches have had their dividers removed from the interior of the them, this was a common practice.  The underside of the center pouch lid has an ink stamping of it which is "B 38".  The small strap that holds the "D" ring on has stamped into it "58" with an "A" under it.  It is also maker marked and dated "1938", I can not make out the manufacture as the stamping is hard to read on the pebbled surface.  This one is in good condition.......$40  Photos

F-427  K-98 AMMO POUCHES - This is the single leather three pouch one, it has all of its exterior straps, rivets and "D" ring.  It was dyed black at one time but most of the black dye is gone leaving brown leather.  All three of the pouches have had their dividers removed from the interior of the them, this was a common practice.  The small strap that holds the "D" ring on has stamped into it "69" with an "EE" under it.  It is also maker marked and dated "1938", I can not make out the manufacture as the stamping is hard to read on the pebbled surface.  This one is in good condition......$40  Photos

F-396  K-98 AMMO POUCHES - The pouches on this set look like they were originally dyed brown and then black, the black is wearing off from use to reveal the brown underneath.  All the studs, rivets and buckle are there and in good shape as are all of the closure straps, the interior of the pouches have had the dividers removed.  There is a “4” stamped onto the reverse and also just above the “4” and to its right is what looks like a “a” stamped into it……$45  Photos

NEW ITEM   F-446   BINOCULARS 8 X 30 WITH LEATHER CASE – Very nice binoculars that have very clear lenses, there is a vertical and horizontal numbered grid, the grid has a “0” in the center with vertical markings in increments of 5 up to 55.  Horizontal markings grid the same up to 50 with one line after 50 which is not numbered.  Marked “B.C.Nr 7, Carl Zeiss, Jena, 8 X 30, 8.5”.  Black textured body has a couple of chips out of it, not bad at all.  The leather neck strap is in very good shape.  Reddish/brown leather case that is in very good condition with all stitching intact.  There are two extra lenses on the interior of the top lid, these lenses have a yellowish tint to them.  There is a leather carrying strap, it does have small rips in it right were it goes through the little strap on one side.  The pull tab works well and this leather case is marked “Carl Zeiss”, below that in English it says “Made in Germany” and below that is a military Waffen ampted marking, looks like these were made before the war for export.  Overall condition of these binoculars and case is very good………$200   Photos

NEW ITEM   F-447   BINOCULARS 6 X 30 WITH BLACK BAKEALITE CASE – Manufacture marking on it “Oigee” (which I have been told is a rare maker) with “Berlin” under it, also is marked 6 X 30 1442, M, H/6400”.  This one has seen usage as some of the bluing around the lenses has worn off, the textured surface of both bodies have a section missing on its interior.  There is a grid pattern which starts at 0 in the middle and has hash marks in increments of 5 with even numbers marked (ie. 10, 20 etc.) up to number 40, these are all horizontal.   The lenses need to be cleaned as there is a slight haze to them.  Has a nice leather neck strap in good condition.  Black bakelite case is in very good condition and one of the leather straps is military Waffen ampted.  The pull tab has the manufactures logo on it as does the bottom of the interior, pull tab works as it should.  There is a ring on each side for a carrying strap, there is no carrying strap with it……$255   Photos

NEW ITEM   F-448  BINOCULARS 6 X 30 WITH BLACK BAKEALITE CASE – This one shows heavy use as the bluing has worn off the edges of the metal pieces.  Marked “Spindler & Hoyer, Gottingen” on one side and “Dienstglas, 6 X 30, 90620, M, H/6400.  Lenses are in good condition and clear, there are a few very minor specks in them.  The textured surface of the body has some of the textured missing on the interior and one spot on the outside.  Leather carrying strap shows use and is still together, there is a rubber lens cover, one of the leather strips on the lens cover has separated, both pieces are there.  Black bakealite case is in good condition and has the manufactures marking on the bottom of the interior.  The pull tab works well, has a ring on each side for the carrying strap, no carrying strap on this one, has two leather straps on the reverse…….$255   Photos

NEW ITEM   F-449  BINOCULARS 6 X 30 WITH REDDISH/BROWN BAKEALITE CASE – Very clear viewing with only a couple of extremely tiny specs on the right lens.  There is a horizontal graph with an “0” in the center with hash marks every 5 units and every 10th  hash mark being marked with the number all the way to 40.  The condition is very good, the textured finish on the bodies is in perfect shape.  On the end pieces there are some scratches on them, the black finish goes over these so I am assuming that they may have been refinished at some point.  The front arms to the housing are both Waffen Ampted.  This set was manufactured by “Oigee, Berlin” (which I have been told is a rare maker) and “Dienstglas, 6 X 30, 17879, M, H/6400”.  There is a leather neck strap and it is broken in two with both ends being about equal in length.  It comes with a reddish brown bakelite case.  The spring cover is marked in two places on the front “Frn 42”, no cracking or chipping to the body of this carrying case.  Has both hanging rings, one of each side, all rivets are present.  There are two wide black leather belt attachment straps on the reverse, these appear to have been used a lot so the holes are wearing and this makes one strap a bit loose where the stud goes through it.  The other strap appears to have been ripped and was repaired by gluing, seems to be holding up fine, can not see any manufacture marking on them.  The fabric surface on the interior of the lid is spotted, some rusting to the heads of the two rivets holding the material in place.  Some slight rusting on some of the other rivets in the interior, nothing bad…ON HOLD SALE PENDING$300   Photos

NEW ITEM   F-450  BINOCULARS 7 X 50 WITH LEATHER CASE – These binoculars have clearly been out there and seen a lot of use.  The black textured finish to the bodies have worn smooth and lost their black finish from being handled so much.  Looks like they were dropped once and the front right lens cover has been dented, the shock seems to have caused some slight fracturing of the lens.  When you look through these binoculars both lenses are very clear and you can not see any distortion of any kind through the right lens.  Most of the original black finish has worn off of these exposing what looks to be brass.  Manufacture is “Carl Zeiss, Jena” which is marked on the left and marked “Dienstglas, 7 X 50, 1715376, M”.  There is a thin leather neck strap which is in good condition.  The black leather case also shows it was well used and is pre war dated “1936”.  This date is stamped into the top front of the lip for the top of the case. The outside top of the lid is maker marked “Carl Zeiss, Jena” which is stamped into the leather.  The lid is warped a little bit going up slightly of both ends.  The leather body of the carrying case has sagged during the years to conform to the binoculars inside, this adds a lot of character to them.  The springs have long ago lost their cover, leather pull tab is there and on its backside it looks like there may be some numbers stamped into it, they are very hard to make out.  On the front towards the bottom a previous owner has scratched in his name (not very deeply).  It says “Louis F. Hicks” and below that “Capt. F.A.”.  The “F.A.” may be a “AA or RA”, depends on how the light hits it, best guess by me is “F.A.”.  The stitching is all intact as is the wide leather belt loop on the reverse the top of which is showing signs of cracking.  The interior of this carrying case is in good condition.   The underside of the lid has conformed nicely to the shape of the lens cover……$350   Photos

NEW ITEM   F-451  BINOCULARS 7 x 50 WITH CASE – These are stamped “Carl Zeiss, Jena” as to its maker and also “Dienstglas, 7 X 50, 1786610, M”.  Looks like brass fittings, some of which have lost some of there black finish.  The lenses have a slight haze to them.  There is a thin black leather next strap and a leather piece attached the binoculars with two leather straps, this piece is also stamped with the date “1937”.  Leather carrying case is in fairly good shape with the usual scratches and nicks you would expect to find on one that has been in use.   There is a manufactures stamping into the lid top “Eleitz, Weizlas”, (I am not really sure if this is the correct spelling of the lettering as it is very hard to make out).  Some of the springs on the pull tab are exposed as the covering is worn off, pull tab still works and secures.  All the interior of the carrying case and lid are in good condition……$350   Photos

E-345  BROWN PARADE DRESS FROG - this one has not seen much use at all, still retains a nice brown finish to it.  Looks like it may have been polished at one time as the threads have a brown tint to them.  There are five holes showing where the stitching has come out on one end by the bottom.  No manufactures markings on this example......$50  Photos

F-230   GERMAN WWII VOLKSGASMASKE CANISTER - this is a canister for the peoples gas mask, it is well marked on the top side and waffen ampted stamped. Looks like it may have been dropped at one time as there is a dent in it along its edge, other than that it is in great condition.....$25 Photo

F-214   WWI CANTEEN - this German canteen is covered with a corduroy material. The snap buttons have rusted some and are not usable anymore, someone has made some long stitches to close that area. The stopper is present as is the little leather strap that goes around the neck. There is a leather strap that hooks onto the stopper, this strap is old and cracking and does have a buckle on it. The horizontal leather strap looks to be a replacement and it has been hand sewed together and attached to the original leather vertical leather strap......$55 Photos

F-13 GOGGLES, DISPOSABLE - These are unissued, the lenses are colored .....$15 Photos

F-199   MESS KIT - this one is probably of post war production, I can find no manufactures markings on it. It is a 3 piece one, has the bottom, lid and a small bowl with a handle. The entire kit is made of aluminum and is in pretty good condition. The outside is painted a grayish color, the lid has turned black and it appears this is because it was placed on a fire to warm up its contents......$35 Photo

F-342  ESBIT FIELD STOVE - This is a folding metal stove that would fit in a bread bag etc.  It is in fairly good condition although it does show some aging.  It does open up, there is one small rivet missing but this does not deter it from opening or closing.  A very hard to find accessory for a German soldiers field kit.......$40  Photos

F-6 UTILITY POUCH - made of dyed, green leather in good condition with closing strap, not German......$20 Photo

F-14 GLOVE LINERS - gray, made from wool and hair. Has thumb and two other compartments. One large for several fingers, marked on inside, 0-1105-5023, Gr 1....$15 pair Photo

U-147  ARMY BUTTONS - These Army buttons are all in very good condition and are pebbled on the front.  The reverse is maker marked with what looks like a "G or a 6" and they are all dated "37".  Nice pre war examples and I do have quite a few of them.........$3 each  Photo  (2)

U-140   POLITICAL / S.A. BUTTON - This button is silver and has the N.S.D.A.P. eagle with the static swastika in its talons on it.  The reverse has the loop for attaching to a tunic, the reverse is also marked "M 5 76/6", it also has the "RZM" mark on it.  Its condition is very good......$10   Photos  (2)

U-142   POLITICAL / S.A.

NEW ITEM   F-457  SWASTIKA MARKED UMBRELLA - When I found this umbrella I was told it was from the 1910's - 1920's era.  The wooden handle has four large swastikas carved into it, has a cloth wrist loop which has a little fraying at the curve.  Very top also has a piece of wood on it and the finish has worn off of it, the finish is still very good on the handle.  Measuring bottom of the handle it measures about 27 1/2".  Black cloth body to the umbrella, there is a small strap along the bottom which has a button for attaching.  Open it measures around 38" across, there is a metal rod which a slider is on, this rod has dark brown paint on it, there are some spots where the paint has come off, most of it is there.  I do not see any holes in this one, one of the small diameter arms needs to have the fabric sewed back onto it at the outer end.  There is a little identification tag slider that has a small elephant and some writing on it,  take a look at the photographs of it, can not really make out all of the letters as the paint has chipped off on it some.  All of the small arms have clear plastic balled tips on them, this early plastic has turned a slightly yellowish color.  There is a few small what appears to be paint drips on the exterior.  Overall condition on this quite unique item is good......$85  Photos

NEW ITEM   F-460  ARMY BELT  – The belt is black dyed on the side showing and a reddish/brown on the underside.  The attachment clip is there and has an Army green paint on it, all the stitching is intact on the tab, it is marked "gfg 1943".  The other end is marked "110" as to its size which is around 43" long and it has the long tab removed which is common for these that went through combat usage, it is nice to find a belt in the larger sizes, most of them have been cut down.  There are initials scratched into the reverse of the belt which look like "L H", its condition is pretty good..........$115   Photos

NEW ITEM   F-441  ARMY BELT BUCKLE – Dark gray which is almost a blue in color, the finish is just about all there, this is a steel buckle that does have just a small amount of rust starting on it in different places.  The prongs and their housing are both finished with a brownish/tan paint.  This one looks like is maker marked “J.F.S.” within a rectangle, kind of looks like the stamping machine that made this one was getting worn out.  The belt attachment which is pressed on in the back has punched through the front a bit and the manufacture marking is very lightly impressed…ON HOLD SALE PENDING$95   Photos

NEW ITEM   F-444   GERMAN WWII  POLICE BELT BUCKLE – This is an aluminum belt buckle with the roundel attached with four prongs, this one has seen quite a bit of use and does have some scratches and nicks on it.  I can not find any manufacture markings on it……$115   Photos

NEW ITEM   F-458  KRIEGSMARINE BELT BUCKLE – This one is a steel buckle that has the dark blue/gray paint on it which is an indication that this one was probably for the Kriegsmarine although I understand that pre war ones were worn by both the Army and Navy.  Buckle is marked on its reverse "J F S" as to its maker, the majority of the paint on this one is still there, where it is chipped off it is beginning to show signs or rusting.  Overall a nice example of a scarcer belt buckle........$150   Photos

F-356   WWI  ARMY BELT BUCKLE - Most of the paint has come off of this one, the detail is still good on it.  The catch and prong assembly are all in good working order, has some rust starting on it.........$40  Photos

F-376  BELT BUCKLE MATCH BOOK COVER WWI - Nice brass made one with the WWI round roundel from a WWI German Army Belt Buckle in the center of it.  Has "Gott Mit Uns" on the buckle, its condition is very good........$25  Photos

F-366  PARADE DRESS BELT - The black shinny finish on this example does have some cracking to it but is still in pretty good shape.  There is a long leather tab on it which has a set of holes, the steel clip on the other end has been removed at one time.  It is now attached with two small nails which have been bent over, this looks like it was done a long time ago, one of the tabs on this clip has broken off but that does not effect the catch at all.  This belt measures appx.  33 1/4" long, hard to come by accessory for a parade dress tunic......$85  Photos

F-358  TRADESMAN BUCKLE - This buckle appears to be made of a nickel/silver.  It says on the roundel "Hoch Die Zimmererkunst" which I think means something like a high carpenter.  There are no manufacturing markings  on it and it does have working prongs.  I really do not know if this one is from WWII or not......$55   Photos
