NEW ITEM   A-301 HIGH POLITICAL LEADERS "ORTS LEVEL" ARMBAND - Has blue piping on both edges with a gold piping running along just below the blue piping.  There is a strip of cold oak leaves with a gold piping on each edge of the strip.  The white separately applied disk is outlined with gold bullion as is the separately applied black swastika, the swastika has a very detailed pip in the center of it.  Red wool body is around 20" long and 5" wide, there is some slight moth nipping on it.  The reverse has a RZM paper label with blue ink, this one is serial numbered "N. 190422.  Overall condition is very good on this one.....$775   Photos

NEW ITEM   A-302 HIGH POLITICAL LEADERS "KREIS LEVEL" ARMBAND -Extremely nice example of a Political Leader Armband that is the highest administrational rank found at the Kreis level, which has two bands of gold oak leaves which are bordered with god piping along each edge,  armband has white piping along each edge.  White disk is separately applied as is the black swastika, both the disk and swastika are bordered in gold Bevoed piping.  Measures around 19 1/2'" long by 5" wide, the reverse has a paper RZM tag with blue inking and is serial numbered "N 081420".  There is also an arrow pointing up towards the word "Oben", both are white inked stamped.  Red wool body is in very good condition with good rich colors, couple of very small moth holes, this one has not had the ends sewed.....$685    Photos

A-274  REICH'S LEVEL N.S.D.A.P. POLITICAL LEADERS ARMBAND - This ones body is made of red wool and it has a gold piping on both outer edges, the ends are not sewed together.  There are some very small holes in it, looks like a moth may have nipped at it, nothing really distracting.  There is a white ribbed disk with a multi pieced black swastika in it.  The white disk is showing  some signs of aging as it is a bit discolored.  The overall  condition is good on this one, there is no RZM tag or any other sort of marking on it.......$425  Photos

A-270   N.S.D.A.P. ORTS POLITICAL LEADERS ARMBAND - This armband is 5" wide and is made of wool with blue piping on each edge.  Has a white ribbed satin material for the disk and a multi piece constructed swastika out of a black ribbed satin material.  There is a nice blue printed paper RZM tag on the interior,  serial number on it is "No. 239539" and is ink stamped bove it next to the A4 "23".  The ends are sewed together with brown thread and there is the remains of brown thread most of the way around the edges indicating this one was removed from a tunic.  The wool does show some slight wear to its surface but there are no holes or moth tracks on it, condition is very good......$225   Photos

NEW ITEM   A-286  NSDAP/SA ARMBAND – This is an early one that is made of cotton and has the darker red color to it, has a white sewed disk with a black Bevoed swastika.  It was sewed together at one time but it has been separated, this one is well used and does have some soiling to it.  The edge of the disk has separated a little at one time and it was repaired with a sewing machine (looks to be period done, thread does not glow under a black light), you can see the stitching repair better on the reverse.  There are a couple of spots where you can see where a pin left two tiny holes, have to search for them to find them.  Measures about 4” wide by around 15” long……..$95   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-287  NSDAP/SA ARMBAND – A later war cotton version that has a lighter red color to it.  Sewed on white disk with a printed black swastika.  It measures about 4” wide and around 18 1/2” long, overall condition is very good…….$75   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-288 NSDAP/SA ARMBAND – A very clean (probably mid war) armband that is sewed together, red cotton backing, white disk is sewed on as is the swastika, this is a seldom encountered fabric for the swastika.  There is a RZM tag which is numbered "303468" in black ink..........$135   Photos 

NEW ITEM  A-289  NSDAP/SA ARMBAND – An early war example that has that very dark red color to it.  This one has been used and does have some pin holes from having been pined to a tunic, these are all along one of the fold marks.  Has the Bevoed white disk and a Bevoed black swastika.  Overall condition is good but soiled......$110   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-290  NSDAP/SA ARMBAND – Very clean later war cotton example which has a nice blue RZM tag on the backside, it is numbered "-6824" in black ink.  The ends are sewed together, white cotton disk is separately applied, the swastika is also separately applied......$125   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-304  NSDAP/SA ARMBAND GOLD PIPED SWASTIKA PATCH – This one looks like the white disk was cut out just prior to being sewed to a armband.  The reverse of this disk has a paper backing, the black separately applied swastika is bordered in gold colored Bevoed thread.  This is part of a WWII Veteran's bring back by Pvt. Robert W. Huseman who was building pontoon bridges for the Army's advance into Germany.  A copy of his purple heart citation and a copy of a photograph of Pvt. Huseman in his uniform are included with this visor cap eagle, nice to have some providence on it......$45  Photos

NEW ITEM  A-291  HITLER YOUTH ARMBAND - Nice example that has a separately applied white box with a Bevoed swastika.  The reverse has both ends sewed together and the red RZM tag is numbered "090553", it has been folded a couple of times and on the backside there are a few very small dirty spots......$125  Photos

NEW ITEM  A-292  R.L.B. ARMBAND - Light blue armband with the starburst Bevoed in the center with a black swastika, the ends are sewed together.  The reverse is marked along the sewed edge "Ges. Gesch. H & F".  Condition is good but it is showing some signs of soiling......$135   Photos 

NEW ITEM  A-293 ARMED FORCES STEWARDS ARMBAND -  This armband is for Armed Forces personnel acting as stewards at military parades, especially the pre-war celebrations held in Berlin and other major cities. White cloth armband that has a black Bevoed Army eagle on it.  The two ends are sewed together, a nice clean example......$125   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-294 ARMED FORCES STEWARDS ARMBAND - This armband is for Armed Forces personnel acting as stewards at military parades, especially the pre-war celebrations held in Berlin and other major cities. White cloth which has some small stains and is aged and soiled with a Bevoed eagle.  There is one small hole in the back a little smaller than the size of the head of a pencil eraser......$125   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-295  STATE SERVICE ARMBAND - This is a printed example that has had its two ends sewed together, condition of this one is good and appears to be a later war produced one as there is more of a yellow color to it rather than the golden/yellow color of the earlier ones......$60   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-296  STATE SERVICE ARMBAND - Golden/yellow cloth armband with a black Bevoed eagle on it.  Both ends are sewed together and its condition is quite good.....$75   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-303 N.S.K.O.V. (NATIONAL SOCIALISTS DISABLED WAR VETERANS SUPPORT ARMBAND - Seldom do you come across one of these, has the small metal veterans device sewed to the dark wool body of the armband.  The metal device is a wreath sword with an Iron Cross with a swastika over it.  Over the top of the device is Bevoed into the body of the armband "NSKOV"", and below the device it is Bevoed what looks like "GAU HESSEN-NASSAU'.  There is a strip of around 3/16" wide silver tress going horizontally along the top and bottom.  Some discoloration to the "S & K" and there is some mothing, the ends are un-sewed.  Measures around 14" long by 3 1/2" wide.  This is part of a WWII Veteran's bring back by Pvt. NEW ITEM  A-297  VETERANS LEADERS 3RD STYLE ARMBAND - This one is in excellent condition with a gold tress horizontal stripe going around it.  The red shield has been hand sewed to wool armband, this shield is kind of puffy to the touch.  Both ends are sewed together and there is a black safety pin attached to the reverse.......$185   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-298  VETERANS LEADERS 3RD STYLE ARMBAND - A fine example of a silvered tress stripped Veteran Leaders armband.  The silver tress is applied all the way around.  The shield has been machine sewed to the wool armband, both ends are sewed together......$155   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-299 VETERANS 2ND STYLE ARMBAND - A dark blue almost black wool armband with the shield being machine sewed.  There is a lot of cloth behind this shield as it is quite soft to the touch.  The ends are not sewed together but if you hold them up to some light you can see a row of tiny needle holes going across both ends.  There is one small piece that a moth helped itself to along the top edge, other than that it is in very good condition......$95   Photos

NEW ITEM  A-300  RAD LEADER ARMBAND - This one is in good condition and is for a member of the staff of the Reichsarbeitsfuher.  Brown cloth material with silver bullion wire thread making up the eagle with wreath and RAD emblem,  two horizontal stripes, one on the top and one on the bottom.  There is a slight what may be a water stain on it, even with that this is really a nice one and a hard one to come by......$450   Photos

All of the below listed armbands I have taken in on consignment and all of them do have some glowing to some extent under a black light.  A description of the glowing is included in each write up.  Some collectors believe that it is ok for some original Third Reich items to glow under a black light and some believe that this indicates that they were made post war. My understanding is that if you wash original Third Reich items to clean them with modern detergents then they will glow under a black light.  I am not vouching for the originality of the below listed armbands and I am not taking a position on the black light controversy one way or the other.

A-269  EINSTAZSTURM der N.S.D.A.P. ARMBAND - This armband is made of a white cloth material and has a black ink printed N.S.D.A.P. eagle and wording.  Both ends are sewed together at the reverse, there is no tag in it and its overall condition is very good.  This armband is very clean which makes me think it may have been washed in modern times.  It has a very slight glow under a black light which makes me think it was washed......$125  Photos
