H-888   LUFTSCHUTZ/POLICE/FIREMAN'S HELMET LINER - This liner has all its tongues present and in good condition, one of them has a small amount of writing on it in ink.  Also on this same tongue there is an ink stamped size marking of "53".  Leather liner has been separated at the rear and a extra piece of leather has been added to enlarge it for fitting a larger helmet shell.  This one has the cardboard type pressed paper liner band to it.  There are four tongues for a helmet flap to attach to.  Also there is an ink stamping on the backside of the liner,  it is a long rectangular box with what appears to be a RBN number within it.  There is a section of the paper liner band which is missing, looks like a mouse may have taken it, easy to repair......$75  Photos
