Catalog ARMY The following Army Bowls are all made by the same manufacture and all have the same dates on them, they all basically look the same. S-261 ARMY OFFICERS DECORATIVE PLATE - A very rare plate that is in good condition, hardly shows much use on the front. Bottom has a small chip in it along the edge, if you display this one on a stand you would not see it from the front. The front has a very decorative edge and there is an Army eagle on the front with 43 shield s below it, all of which have things on them. Bottom is manufacture marked by Bauscher, Weiden" with their logo. Below that it says "A.F. Schmied u. Sohn, Nurnberg, Fabrikdekor". Below all of that in large lettering it says "Offiziersheim Wildflecken". This plate was made for an Officer Home. Impressed into the plate on the bottom under the finish are the numbers "260, 24 1/2", plate is an off white color.......$150 Photos S-262 ARMY OFFICERS DECORATIVE PLATE - A very rare plate that is in good condition, hardly shows much use on the front. The bottom is not dated but it has an early drooped tailed Luftwaffe eagle, eagle actually looks a bit strange as its body kind of looks like a weasel. Has the manufactures information above the eagle in blue, below the eagle it says "Fl U. V.". There are no chips or cracks on this one, and it is an off white color........$75 Photos S-260 LUFTWAFFE PLATE - Very nice plate that has a gray line around the front outside edge, it measures 9" across and around 7/8" tall. The bottom is not dated but it has an early drooped tailed Luftwaffe eagle, eagle actually looks a bit strange as its body kind of looks like a weasel. Has the manufactures information above the eagle in blue, below the eagle it says "Fl U. V.". There are no chips or cracks on this one, and it is an off white color........$85 Photos S-255 LUFTWAFFE "TORPEDO" MARKED PLATE - This one measures 9" across and 1 1/4" tall and has an emblem on the front lip that is a shield with an anchor, draftsman's device and a torpedo within it. The bottom is maker marked "Johann Haviland, Bavaria" with the Luftwaffe eagle which has "Fl. & U.V." on either side of it. Also is dated 1930, overall condition is good and it does show that it has been used.......$105 Photos S-256 LUFTWAFFE "TORPEDO" MARKED PLATE - This one measures 9" across and 1 1/4" tall and has an emblem on the front lip that is a shield with an anchor, draftsman's device and a torpedo within it. The bottom is maker marked "Johann Haviland, Bavaria" with the Luftwaffe eagle which has "Fl. & U.V." on either side of it. Also is dated 1930, overall condition is good and it does show that it has been used.......$105 Photos S-264 LUFTWAFFE 1938 TUREEN - This is a large one which measures around 10" across and 6 3/4" tall. One of the Lion head handles is missing. On the bottom there is a drooped tail eagle with "FL. & U.V." on either side of it. Below that is the manufactures logo which is an Imperial crown with H & Co, Selb, Bavaria, Germany" under that it says "Heinrich & Co. "1938". This one has seen a lot of use, interior bottom shows some discoloration due to the ladle rubbing against it. Overall condition is good except for the missing handle......$100 Photos S-252 LUFTWAFFE 1938 PLATE - This plate is in very good condition with no chips or cracks on it. Measures 9 1/8" across and 1 1/4" tall. The bottom has a nice Luftwaffe eagle with "FL & U.V."on either side of it, below that is the manufactures logo, there is an "H" impressed into the plate below the porcelain finish.......$75 Photos S-250 LUFTWAFFE 1938 BOWL - Very nice example of a pre war Luftwaffe bowl, no chips or cracks on it. Measures 9 1/8" across and 1 7/8" tall. Bottom has the Luftwaffe eagle on it with "FL & U.V." on either side of it, "1938" date below the eagle. Manufactures logo below all of that, there is an "H" impressed into the plate below the porcelain finish......$75 Photos S-249 LUFTWAFFE BOWL - This bowl is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks to it, measures 9 1/8" across and 1 3/4" tall. This one is marked on the bottom with the Luftwaffe eagle with "FL. & U.V." on either side of it. The thing that makes this bowl very unique is that it has a drooped tailed Luftwaffe eagle and is dated "1941". The manufactures logo is below that and it is made by "Kalmar"........$75 Photos S-273 LUFTWAFFE BOWL – Nice bowl that does show usage, its condition is very good, has no cracking or chips. Measures 9” across and is about 1 ¾” tall. The bottom is manufacture marked “JOHANN HAVILAND, BARVARIA” with their logo of an Imperial crown with an ”R” under it. The Luftwaffe eagle has a “Fl.” on one side of it and “U.V.” on the other, below the eagle it is dated “1939”………$75 Photos KRIEGSMARINE NEW ITEM S-251 KRIEGSMARINE PLATE - This plate measures 9 1/4" across and 1 1/4" tall, there are no cracks or chips on it but it does show use. Bottom is maker marked with an Imperial crown with "Jaeger" below it. Has the Kriegsmarine eagle with a large "M" and is dated "1940" overall condition is good........$85 Photos S-254 KRIEGSMARINE PLATE - Small plate that measures 6 3/8" across and about 3/4" tall. There are no chips or cracks on it. Bottom has the Kriegsmarine eagle with a large "M" under it, under that is an Imperial crown with "KPM 1942". Overall condition on this one is very good........$50 Photos DAF S-248 DAF SOUP TUREEN - Nice tureen with a handle on each side, has a couple of gray/blue lines around the outside of the top edge. There is also a small emblem on two sides. Bottom has manufacture marking on it "crown with TX beneath it and below that Thun". Also has the DAF emblem below the manufacture logo. S-275 LUFTWAFFE KNIFE – This knife measures about 9 3/8” long, stainless steel blade is marked “ROSTFREI”. The handle is marked (on the same side as the blade) with the Luftwaffe eagle. Reverse of the handle is marked in two places. One place has a rectangular box with “H.M.Z41” within it, the other rectangular box has “Fl.U.V”. Condition is very good and does not show much use. Interesting thing to note here is that Luftwaffe Fork S-274 is manufactured in the same year by the same company and the Luftwaffe eagles are both quite different in design…..$50 Photos S-276 ARMY SPOON “LARGE” – Very nice example of a large Army aluminum spoon, this one has hardly seen any use and is in excellent condition. The reverse of the handle is manufacture marked “A.W. Jr 40”, indicating it was manufactured in 1940. Has the Army eagle impressed next to the makers markings. This one measures 8 ¼” long, the length of the spoon is about 1 ¾” across…..$50 Photos
