ARMY

I-4  GERMAN ARMY WWII ID DISK - this is a complete ID disk that has been ground dug, it is a broken in two but both pieces are present. Looks like the original owner wore it on a chain as the top two holes have a lot of wear to them. Top line reads '5392', bottom line '1.Kp.J.E.Btl.213', '1st Company Rifleman Replacement Battalion 213'. Backside of this one has the letters 'B. G. B.' spaced out across both pieces, there is a piece of tape on the back holding the tag together, this one is made out of zink......$20 Photo

I-10  GERMAN ARMY WWII ID DISK - ground dug zink example that has seen a lot of use, the two top holes have a lot of wear on them. Has discoloration spots on it with what looks like a sediment build up on the reverse. His blood type is 'O' and that is stamped on the reverse. Top line on the front reads '1/J.E.B.171', which is for the '1st Company/Rifleman.Replacement.Batallion 171', second line has his number which is '1048'.......$20 Photo

I-22   ARMY VETERINARY ID TAG - this tag is a zink one and is complete, top two holes do show some signs of having had a chain in them at one time as there is some wear to them. Top line is his serial number '782' with a 'A' off to the left by the edge, that would be his blood type. Second line reads '1/VET.ERS.ABT.7' which breaks down to '1/VETERINARY REPLACEMENT RESERVE TROOP DETACHMENT 7'. Looks like it may have been in the ground for awhile.......$45 Photo

I-25   ARMY PANZER TANK DEFENSE ID TAG - this tag is a very rare one and is made of aluminum. It is a complete example but does have some detoration on it, both sides show some. Top two holes show some wear from the hanging chain, it is marked with the owners blood type 'O' on the front and reverse of each section. His ID number is '60' which is the first line, second line reads '1 Pz Abw (mZ) 21' which breaks down as '1st Panzer Tank Defense (Motorized Platoon) 21', I am not totally certain that the 'mZ' is for motorized Platoon but that is my best educated guess from the reference material I have. This guy was probably part of a motorized Anti-Tank crew.......$95 Photo

I-34  ARMY FLACK ID DISK - This one has "6. A. BATTR" on the top line, below that is "SCHW. FLAK. ERS. A BTL. 11".  It is kind of hard to read because of its condition, it appear to have been ground dug, looks like a zink one.  Believe it reads something like "A Battrie, heavy anti-aircraft gun, replacement reserve troops:.  This one is dented and has cracks in it, it also has a piece of tape on it to hold it together because it has cracked apart.  Has the number "1599" on it also.  Both sides of it are stamped.......$20  Photo

I-35  PANZER GRENADIER PIONEER ID DISK - This one is for a Army soldier.  Has "99" on the top with "PZ. GREN. Pi. E. ua K p 25".  Appears to have been ground dug and is broken in two, being held together with a piece of tape.......$25  Photo

RAD

I-5   RAD ID DISK WWII - this one is a zink example that has been ground dug. It does have a bit of damage to it, one end has a piece out of it, there is also a long ding coming from the rear. Top line reads 'RAD', bottom one 'K 4/16/90'. This ID disk is for the National Labor Service and I believe it is for 'Company.4/15/90'. Condition is a bit rough on it......$20 Photos

I-32  PYRAMID SHAPED ID DISK - This is a small aluminum disk that has a "7" stamped into it and "SchK./Fea 13" below it.  There is nothing on the reverse.  I was told that this disk may have been for equipment or clothing, I also have been told that this is an ID disk for a dog, maybe a police one......$20   Photo
